While every precaution is taken, some dogs react during nail trimming. By signing, you acknowledge that Swifthounds LLC is not liable for any self-inflicted injuries that may occur as a result of your dog's reaction during the procedure.
Please inform us of any medical conditions, behavioral issues, or aggression concerns before your dog's appointment. We reserve the right to decline service if safety concerns arise.
For the safety of all pets and staff, dogs with fleas or ticks will be unable to participate. Please do not bring dogs who are under veterinary quarantine or from households with a contagious illness affecting pets or humans.
You are responsible for any injuries, damages, or expenses resulting from your dog's behavior, including harm to staff, other animals, or property during the event.
Swifthounds may use photos or videos taken at this event for educational or promotional purposes. If you do not wish your dog to be featured, please let us know at check-in.
By signing, you release Swifthounds LLC, its owners, and employees from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in this event, except in cases of gross negligence.
